Pocket Connection Manager comes with a database of 320 cell phone operators in 87 different countries, taking the hassle out of setting up your cell phone to Pocket PC connection. No need to configure those complex parameters yourself. Pocket Connection Manager does it for you. It automatically detects the nearest cell phone operator using your SIM card, and the parameters stored in the database to do the rest.

Connect to the Internet on your Pocket PC in a single click. If the 3G network isn’t available, Pocket Connection Manager defaults automatically to a GPRS or GSM backup. You can even configure which applications launch automatically on connection, whether it’s Pocket Outlook, MSN Messenger or Internet Explorer.
Compatibility with all major cell phone brands
Hundreds of cell phones are pre-configured in the software, but for the ones that aren’t listed, a “generic” option allows you to use almost any cell phone that accepts Bluetooth®, infrared or cable.

Pocket Connection Manager sets up profiles to connect your Pocket PC to the Internet via cell phone using 3G or GPRS networks:

- - Stores all the necessary information including APN, login, passwords, IP and DNS addresses. All these parameters can be manually modified if necessary, and easily restored to the default values.

- - Automatically identifies the local phone carrier.
- - Pocket Connection Manager proposes a connection profile (CID) for each connection; you can store a number of connection profiles and choose the one you want.
- - Pocket Connection Manager can get you connected to the Internet almost anywhere in the world; the database of 320 operators in 87 countries gives you virtually universal accessibility.
- - New: If there is no high-speed 3G/UMTS network available locally, Pocket Connection Manager automatically defaults to the strongest GPRS or GSM connection as a backup.
